We Tried to Pose the Dog This Way, but Settled for the Kid Instead
There may not be a Birth Story Part Deux yet, but there is this picture of the infamous boy with his less infamous parents, taken by the infamous Contemplative Photographer (a.k.a. Jim the Father).
Your baby is really beautiful-even in photographs. Of course, beauty in babies or in their elders is an equivocal gift, but on the whole, as much as we try to judge solely on personality and ethics and character, I have found as a mother that you want your kids to have every advantage.
So you're going to find yourself behaving in ways you could not have imagined-as in the trip to Walmarts :-) I think God understands-I hope God understands or I'm going to be in hot water!
